Terms and Condition of Nepal Car Rental

Making the reservation

• Reservation of the car shall be confirmed after the 25% of the cash deposit in the bank  or via esewa(9851212358) or direct cash pay through office. Or driver 
• Change of reservation
• The change in travel plan shall be informed one day before the travel day and provide the next available date else the 15% charge shall be charged under no notification for change in plans.

Cancellation of the reservation

• The change in travel plan or the cancellation shall be informed 1 day before the plan but the cancellation in the reserved day shall be paid of the 20% of the trip cost.
• Vehicle repair and charges
• If in case the vehicle got broken, the charges may all cost to the Nepal cabs and shall take the loss.
• Interior damages
• During the travel tour any internal damage like seat leather tearing, broken seat the client is deemed to pay the charged cost.

Rules and code of conduct

• The client are not allowed to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol beverages during the travel.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and e-sewa wallet transfer for your vehicle booking confirmation.
